Epitalon (Epithalon)

The biological-clock peptide.

Preclinical research

The synthetic version of epithalamin, an extract of the pineal gland, which regulates your melatonin and sleep rhythm. It is studied for its role in sleep regulation and in activating telomerase, the enzyme that protects your telomeres.

Ideal for: People who prioritize longevity and good sleep, and adults 40 and over.

  • Support for more restorative sleep and your circadian rhythm
  • Linked to the natural regulation of melatonin
  • Studied for its effect on telomeres and cellular aging
What science says

It was synthesized by gerontologist Dr. Vladimir Khavinson at the Saint Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology (Russia) in the late 1980s. In cell cultures, telomerase activation allowed human cells to go beyond the “Hayflick limit,” and there are Russian follow-up studies of 6 to 12 years in older adults. Its evidence is mainly preclinical.
