What people ask us most.
Clear answers before you start. This information is educational and does not replace the assessment, guidance or follow-up of a healthcare professional.
What is a peptide?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that science studies to help your body remember what it already knows how to do: burn fat, repair itself, sleep deeply and renew skin.
Do I need supervision from a healthcare professional?
Yes. The products are for research and use under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional who assesses your personal situation.
What should I review before starting?
Before starting, it is important to review:
- Medical conditions and history.
- Current medications.
This helps you and a healthcare professional determine whether use is appropriate for you.
Can I use them if I take other medications?
It is important to tell your healthcare professional about all the medications and supplements you use, and not to change treatments on your own.
Are they FDA approved?
Some are approved as medicines only for specific indications, and others are investigational compounds without FDA or EMA approval. On each product page we tell you where the research on that peptide stands.
Can I use them if I compete in sport?
If you compete in organized sport, check the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) list: several peptides are prohibited.
How should they be stored, transported and applied?
Storage depends on the specific presentation of the product. In general:
- Keep the product at the temperature indicated by its manufacturer or pharmacy.
- Avoid excessive heat and direct light.
- During transport, protect the product from extreme temperatures.
- Before use, check that it looks normal and shows no unexpected changes or particles.
For a reconstituted presentation, follow that product’s storage instructions. The application technique should also be learned properly before self-administering: the step-by-step video is in “Getting started”.
How can I tell if a product is reliable?
Before using any product, it is important to check:
- An identifiable supplier and origin.
- Batch and expiration date.
- Clear information about the manufacturer or preparation.
- Health registration where applicable.
- Proper storage and transport conditions.
If a certificate of analysis (COA) is provided, it should match the specific batch and come from a verifiable source. A certificate, label or photo alone does not guarantee a product’s authenticity, safety or contents.
