What science says
It is one of the few longevity peptides with Phase 1, 2, and 3 human trials. It was developed in the United States by Stealth BioTherapeutics and studied in conditions such as Barth syndrome and cardiomyopathy. In September 2025, the FDA granted it accelerated approval for Barth syndrome.
